Haley Construction Inc. is a family-owned company over 70 years old. Started in 1935 by Manley A. Haley, the company continues
its emphasis on quality, community service and employee growth under the leadership of his daughters Jan Haley Carter, Merry
Lee Haley Dennis and Kay Haley.
Robert Haley, Manley's nephew, directs day to day operations as Vice-President and General Manager.

us in leading Haley Construction Inc. into the 21st century as a diversified company. We have 45 employees at our various location, many in long-term positions.
After over seventy years, our four transit mix concrete plants, construction, and retaining wall divisions are more prepared than
ever to serve the people of Maine.

Maine Better Transportation Association
The MBTA is very active in the legislative process, advocating for funding for roads and bridges, ports and rail facilities, airports
and bicycle and pedestrian facilities. In addition to Executive Director Maria Fuentes, the MBTA employs a contract lobbyist to promote
the Association’s legislative agenda with the Maine Legislature.
